Tripoli, November 15, 2023 (LANA) - The Turkish authorities decided, on Wednesday, to exempt certain age groups of Libyans from entry visas to Turkish territory.
The Turkish government, according to a memorandum sent yesterday to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the National Unity Government, identified those under (16) years old and those over (45) as holders of ordinary passports, which will be implemented as of today, Wednesday.
It is noteworthy that the Turkish decision comes two weeks after the decision of Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dabaiba to exempt Turkish children under 18 years and men and women over 55 years from the requirement to obtain a prior visa to enter Libya.
