Benghazi, November 15, 2023 (Lana) The Second Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives (HoR), Mosbah Douma, met in Benghazi at the HoR office with the Chairman of the High National Election Commission (HNEC), Emad Al-Sayeh.

The spokesman for the HoR stated in a press statement yesterday that the meeting discussed difficulties facing the HNEC in performing its duties and also discussed reasons for postponing municipal council elections.
