The Presidency of the Audit Bureau discusses the results of the joint efforts of members of the Communication Committee in Tripoli and Al-Bayda

Tripoli, November 14, 2023 (LANA) - The President of the Audit Bureau, Khaled Shakshak, and the Undersecretary of the Audit Bureau, Alaa El-Din Al-Masalati, met on Sunday with members of the Communication Committee of the Tripoli Audit Bureau.

The committee reviewed the results of its meetings held in the city of Benghazi last Tuesday and Wednesday with the Communication Committee for Al-Bayda Audit Bureau, in the presence of the Chairman and members of the Oversight Bodies Committee of the Libyan House of Representatives and the Chairman of the Al-Bayda Audit Bureau, Omar Abd Rabbo, with the aim of exchanging information and joint coordination to achieve effective oversight of public funds.

The committee also reviewed the contributions of Tripoli Audit Bureau employees to their colleagues affected by the floods that swept through the cities of Jabal Akhdar and Derna, and the mechanisms by which the amounts were distributed to those affected.
