Tripoli, November 13, 2023 (Lana): During a phone call yesterday, Head of the High Council of State, Mohamed Takala, discussed with the UN Envoy to Libya, Abdoulaye Bathily, the latest political developments in Libya.

The communication office of the council stated today that Bathily also presented the initiative of UNSMIL to be launched during the next period.
