Abu-Jannah discusses cooperation with CDC Africa.

Tripoli, 13 November (Lana) Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Acting Minister of Health, Ramadan Abu Jannah, discussed yesterday at the Ministry’s office in Tripoli with a delegation from the African Union Center for Disease Control (CDC Africa) cooperation with the center and coordination efforts to strengthen the capabilities of the national health system.
The ministry stated on its Facebook page that the meeting, which was attended by the Undersecretary for Hospital Affairs, “Saad El-Din Abdel-Wakeel,” discussed current cooperation programs and future prospects between the two parties in many areas, including primary health care services, strengthening mental health services, as well as supporting responses to epidemics and health emergencies.
Abu-Jannah commended the center’s efforts, expressing the ministry’s interest and commitment to cooperating with the center to carry out solidarity activities with the countries of the continent facing the challenges resulting from epidemics.
