Arabian Gulf Company and NOC discuss plans to increase production.

Tripoli, November 11, 2023 (Lana): Arabian Gulf Oil Company and National Oil Corporation (NOC) held an expanded meeting with advisors at the NOC to follow up on plans to increase production and problems that obstruct the completion of work and study the solutions to achieve these goals.

On Thursday, the Chairman of the Company’s Management Committee, Mohammed bin Shatwan, met in Benghazi with advisors from the Strategic Programs Office of the NOC.

The meeting, which was headed by Bin Shatwan with the advisors of the NOC, came to identify the requirements related to increasing production and the problems that hinder the completion of this work and to study the solutions to achieve these goals, according to what the company stated.

The company held a meeting two days ago regarding implementing the recommendations of the NOC on benefiting from marginal fields and working to collect and provide information in preparation for implementing special operations to put these fields on production, especially since they have not been operated for a long time.
