Germany renews its commitment to strengthening democracy and providing opportunities for peaceful participation for the Libyan people.

Tripoli, November 2, 2023 (LANA) - Germany reaffirmed its continued support for holding free, fair and transparent national and local elections in Libya.
This came during the participation of Germany's Deputy Ambassador to Libya, Sven Krospe, in a meeting of the Council of the Election Support Project sponsored by the United Nations Program in Libya at the headquarters of the High National Elections Commission.
“We affirmed Germany’s continued support for holding free, fair and transparent national and local elections in Libya,” Krospe said on his page on the “X” website, reiterating his country’s commitment.
By strengthening democracy and providing opportunities for peaceful participation for the Libyan people.
