Zliten, November 2, 2023 (LANA) - An ammunition store exploded in a military headquarters on the night of Wednesday-Thursday in the city of Zliten, without causing any injuries or loss of life, according to initial reports.
The Zliten Ambulance and Emergency Service said that the explosion caused damage to some houses adjacent to the headquarters and caught fire, and a citizen suffered minor suffocation as a result of his house burning.
The agency confirmed that emergency teams evacuated the area where the explosion occurred and neighboring areas and raised the level of readiness and preparedness for any emergency.
