Tripoli, October 30, 2023 (LANA) - The Presidential Office of the High Council of State, headed by the President of the Council, “Mohamed Takala,” his first deputy, Dr. “Masoud Obaid,” his second deputy, “Omar Al-Obaidi,” and the Council’s rapporteur, “Belkacem Dabarz,” held a meeting today, Monday, at the Council’s headquarters in the capital, Tripoli. .
