A new member joins the State Council, succeeding former member Moncef Huwail

Tripoli, October 26, 2023 (LANA) - On Thursday, a new member of the High Council of State for the First Electoral District of Tobruk took the legal oath before the Speaker of the Council, Mohamed Takala, in preparation for performing his duties in the Council.

The media office of the High Council of State said that Tawfiq Muhammad Irqiq joined the council as a replacement for former member Moncef Muhammad Huwail.

The legal oath was attended by the second representative, Omar Al-Obaidi, and the council’s rapporteur, Belkacem Debres.
