Tripoli, October 25, 2023 (Lana): In charge of managing the work of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Al-Taher Al-Baour met with his Algerian counterpart, Ahmed Attaf, and discussed the developments of the situation in Libya and the developments of Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip.

This came during talks yesterday at the UN headquarters in New York, on the sidelines of the two ministers’ participation in the work of the high-level session of the Security Council on the Palestinian issue, according to the Algerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs on its Facebook page.

The two ministers agreed to attack those who are complicit with the Zionist entity in its war on Gaza, as Libya demanded an immediate cessation of the Israeli aggression and that the occupation authorities be held accountable for their crimes against the Palestinian people, which aim to genocide the owners of the land.

For its part, Algeria called for an urgent halt to the indiscriminate bombing of the Gaza Strip and the lifting of the unjust siege on it.
