Libya participates in the Women Parliamentarians Forum of the Inter-Parliamentary Union.

Tripoli, October 24, 2023 (Lana) Member of the House of Representatives (HoR), Sultana Al-Mismari, participated in the 36th session of the Women Parliamentarians Forum of the Inter-Parliamentary Union.
The spokesman for the HoR, Abdullah Belihaq, said that the head of the 36th session of the forum was elected in addition to approval of the agenda.
The meeting discussed the work of the Office of Women Parliamentarians and its deliberations in the two sessions held in Manama and listened to candidates for the position of President of the Inter-Parliamentary Union.
