Al-Koni meets with the head of the Presidential Guard

Tripoli, October 18, 2023 (LANA) - Musa Al-Koni, the representative of the Presidential Council - the Supreme Commander of the Libyan Army, met today, Tuesday, with the head of the Presidential Guard, Major General Mashallah Al-Tair, and his deputy, Colonel Engineer Ramzi Al-Qammoudi, who reviewed before him the problems and difficulties facing the agency.

The media office of the Presidential Council reported that Al-Koni stressed during the meeting the importance of the Presidential Guard, and the importance of working to overcome difficulties in coordination with the relevant authorities, so that the agency can carry out the tasks assigned to it in securing the state’s presidential and sovereign headquarters and vital objectives.

  Al-Koni also stressed the need for the agency to continue supporting its members and qualifying them well so that they belong to the homeland to contribute to achieving security and stability.
