Al-Menfi condemns the bombing of Al-Ahly Hospital in Gaza.

Tripoli, October 18, 2023 (Lana): The President of the Presidential Council, Mohamed Al-Menfi, condemned yesterday the brutal Israeli targeting of Al-Ahly Baptist Hospital in the Gaza Strip, which resulted in the deaths of more than 500 martyrs, considering it a war crime and genocide.
“We strongly condemn and denounce the brutal and cowardly targeting of the Baptist Hospital in Gaza, which represents a war crime and genocide against the Palestinian people,” Al-Menfi said in a tweet.
Al-Menfi reiterated his rejection of the new displacement of the Palestinian people through starvation, siege, and direct targeting of civilians and public institutions and facilities, calling at the same time for the international community to assume its responsibilities towards civilians and stop the unjustified bloodshed.
