Tripoli, October 17, 2023 (WALA) - The President of the Presidential Council, Mohamed Al-Manfi, met today, Tuesday, in his office, with the President of the High Council of State, “Mohamed Takala.”
The media office of the Presidential Council stated that the meeting focused on developments in the local and regional political situation, and discussing the mechanism for rebuilding the city of Derna and the affected areas through the Supreme Financial Committee to ensure the maximum degree of transparency and international oversight.
