He said in his speech before the UN Security Council session on Libya on Monday that the security situation in Libya is still fragile and the Libyan authorities must provide security for the population.
The French delegate expressed his country's support for the work of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya and the Joint Military Committee (5+5) to complete the task of withdrawing mercenaries and foreign forces from Libya.
