Dbaiba follows up on the implementation of social support and the timetable for supplying mobile homes and school maintenance to Al-Jabal Al-Akhdar municipalities.

Tripoli, October 12, 2023 (LANA) - Today, the Prime Minister of the National Unity Government, Abdul Hamid Dbaiba, today, followed up with the government response and emergency team, the mayors of the municipalities of Al-Jabal Al-Akhdar, the director of the Derna and Benghazi Reconstruction Fund, and the director of the Economic and Social Investment Fund, the implementation of social support and the schedule for supplying mobile homes, and follow-up. Maintenance of damaged schools.

The Minister of Social Affairs, Wafaa Al-Kilani, confirmed that the inventory work has been completed, and a set of support  measures will be launched in accordance with the “Sanad Watan” plan, launched by the Prime Minister, which includes supporting the displaced, the affected, and the families of the martyrs and missing persons, in coordination with the Social Solidarity Fund.

Director of the Development Fund, Yassin Al-Abyad, also confirmed that the work of supplying mobile homes has begun, and the first shipment will arrive at the port of Tobruk on the 18th of this month, includes the infrastructure and preparation of the site for the project.

The Minister of Education, Musa Al-Maqrif, explained that maintenance work for the damaged schools is continuing according to the timetable approved by the department’s branch in the eastern region.

  The meeting was attended by the mayors of the municipalities of (Al-Bayda, Shahat, Omar Al-Mukhtar, Derna, Sahel Al-Jabal, Tokra, and Ras Al-Hilal).
