Orlando confirms the European Union's support for Libya's stability and the implementation of the elections.

Tripoli, October 10, 2023 (LANA) - The European Union Ambassador to Libya, Nicola Orlando, affirmed the European Union’s support for Libya’s stability, moving towards implementing elections, and enhancing security and economic cooperation between Libya and the European Union.
This came during a meeting with the Prime Minister of the National Unity Government, Abdul Hamid Dabaiba, on Tuesday, after he was named the new European Union ambassador to Libya.
The two parties discussed coordinating efforts and providing technical support in the issue of irregular migration, and cooperation in the field of renewable energies, in accordance with what was previously agreed between Dabaiba and the European Union’s external relations official, Josep Borrell.
