Tripoli, October 9, 2023 (LANA) - The Chairman of the Presidential Council and Supreme Commander of the Libyan Army, “Mohamed Al-Manfi,” met this Monday evening, the British Government’s Minister of State for the Armed Forces, “James Hebbey,” and his accompanying delegation.
According to what was published by the Media Office of the Presidential Council, the meeting was attended by the Chief of the General Staff of the Libyan Army, Lieutenant General Mohammed Al-Haddad, after the conclusion of the round of talks held by the British Minister and his accompanying delegation with the Minister of Defense of the Government of National Unity and the Chief of General Staff.
The President was informed of the content of those talks and the results they reached to develop joint cooperation between the two countries.
