Aqeela Saleh meets a delegation includes a number of personalities from Misrata city.

Al-Qubba, September 27, 2023  (LANA) - Speaker of the House of Representatives, Counselor Aguila Saleh, met in the city of Al-Qubba a delegation that included a number of figures from the city of Misrata, led by State Council member Belkasem Qazit.

According to House of Representatives spokesman Abdullah Bleheq, the meeting discussed the latest developments in all parts of the country at various levels and the efforts made to end the current stage by forming a unified government across the entire Libyan territory that would lead to holding presidential and parliamentary elections as soon as possible to bring the country to a stage of stability.

At the beginning of the meeting, the delegation offered its condolences to the Council's President and to the Libyan people for the victims of floods and torrents, asking Allah Almighty to accept them with His mercy, stressing the solidarity of the people of the city of Misrata and all the Libyan people and their complete solidarity with their brothers in the affected areas.

  According to the spokesman, the delegation praised the spirit of solidarity that embodied national unity among the Libyan people during this ordeal.
