Tripoli, September 24, 2023 (LANA) - The Prime Minister of the National Unity Government, “Abdulhamid Al-Dabaiba,” today, Sunday, issued Resolution No. (407) of 2023 regarding the holiday commemorating the Prophet’s birthday, which is scheduled for next Wednesday.
The decision stipulates that next Wednesday will be an official holiday and Thursday will be a holiday deducted from the annual leave balance for all employees of public institutions and facilities.
The decision excluded institutions and facilities that provide urgent humanitarian and security services, while preserving the rights of their workers to receive work compensation for those days in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 of Law No. 12 of 2010.
