Norland calls for unity to help the areas affected by the floods.

Tripoli, September 23, 2023 (Lana) The U.S. Envoy to Libya, Ambassador Richard Norland, stressed his country's stand with the Libyan people at this difficult times.
In a statement published by the American Embassy, Norland called on Libyans to unite and intensify efforts to help areas affected by floods recover and rebuild.
“The U.S. will continue working with Libyan and international partners to ensure that humanitarian assistance is delivered to those most in need.” Norland added.
