Tripoli, September 19, 2023 (LANA) - Today, Tuesday, the President of the Presidential Council, “Mohamed Al-Manfi,” received a telegram of condolence from the President of the Republic of Ethiopia, “Sahle-Work Zewde,” as a result of the torrents and floods caused by the storm that swept the eastern region.

     The Council's media office stated that "Sahle Zewdi" expressed its full solidarity with the Libyan people as a result of the torrents and floods caused by this storm.
