Al-Lafi confirms Libya's readiness to contribute effectively to enable the Organization of Islamic Cooperation to play its role.

Tripoli, September 10, 2023 (LANA) - Member of the Presidential Council, Abdullah Al-Lafi, met today, Sunday, the Permanent Representative of Libya to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation in Jeddah, Counselor Muhammad Al-Hafi.
The Presidential Council stated that the permanent representative provided a comprehensive briefing, to the Council member, about the organization’s role in defending Islamic values, and its efforts to help Muslims everywhere in the world.
For his part, Al-Lafi expressed Libya's support for the role of the organization, which is one of the largest international organizations after the United Nations, stressing Libya's readiness to contribute effectively, in order to enable the organization to carry out its role and make its efforts successful.
