(Al-Dabaiba) calls on ministries to adhere to the conditions for issuing decisions to fill public positions

Tripoli, September 07, 2023 (LANA) - Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity called on the ministries and administrative units affiliated to it to adhere to the provisions of the Financial System Law, the related budget regulations, accounts and warehouses, and the Labor Relations Law No. (12) of 2010, and its executive regulations regarding the conditions for issuing job and staffing career decisions.
In his paper No. (12) of 2023 issued on September 7, the Prime Minister stressed that any measure taken in violation of the legislation in force, according to what was stated in the aforementioned circular, is null, and deterrent legal measures will be taken against those responsible for any action contrary to that.
