This came in a tweet she posted on her Twitter account to congratulate all Libyan soldiers as they celebrate the 83rd anniversary of the founding of the Libyan army, which falls on August 9 of each year.
The US embassy added: ((We wish all of your soldiers continued success and we support your commitment to a secure and sovereign Libya and a unified Libyan army))
