Libyan-Indian talks in Tripoli to activate bilateral cooperation in various fields.
Pulbished on:Tripoli, August 08, 2023 (LANA) - Libyan-Indian talks were held at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in Tripoli, headed by the Director General of the Asia Department, "Fadel Al Kaseh" and the Director General of the West Asia and North Africa Department of the Indian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, "Pradeep Singh Rajpruhit." Focused on discussing the activation of bilateral cooperation in Various fields, the return of work at the Indian embassy, lifting restrictions on Indian companies and workers, and reviewing the signed agreements.
The two parties agreed to activate the Political Consultation Committee and the Joint Committee as soon as possible, to exchange high-level visits between the two countries, as well as to activate discussions about the Prosthetic Limbs Center and the Pan-African Electronic Health Network (VBAB) project for distance education, linking hospitals with India, and the Indian Regional Training Center.
During the talks, the Indian side offered to contribute to the training of security personnel and cooperation in the cyber and security field, and its willingness to return and increase training grants through the Indian cooperation program in various fields.
