Tripoli, July 20, 2023 (LANA) - Member of the Presidential Council, Musa Al-Koni, congratulated the Libyan people and the Arab and Islamic nation on the advent of the new Hijri year, 1445 AH.
Al-Koni said in a tweet: (On this Eid day, as we celebrate the entry of the Hijri year, may we remember that “migration” was the largest and most beautiful cornerstone of our Islamic history, and a door that in itself is an opening to the nation on God’s vast land. Perhaps the glory of this date reminds us that it is an individual obligation not to offend or harm an immigrant who crosses our land. Happy New Year.
