Tunis 8 July 2023 (Lana) The Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, Al-Sediq Al-Kabeer discussed with the Chargé d'Affaires of the US Embassy to Libya, Leslie Ordeman, yesterday in Tunisia the disclosure and transparency plan that launched by the bank and the monthly statement of public revenue and expenditure.
According to the Facebook page of the bank, during the meeting they discussed joint efforts to support the National Oil Corporation and the plan to increase oil production and to increase electricity production that approved by the High Council of Energy.
The two sides also discussed the partnership with the United States Agency for International Development to support Libyan institutions and the success of the plan to provide cash liquidity for all Libya's regions.
