Libya condemns the aggression against Jenin, and demands its immediate cessation.

Tripoli, July 05, 2023 (LANA) - The State of Libya expressed its strong condemnation and denunciation of the continued repeated escalation of the Israeli occupation forces in the occupied Palestinian territories, the latest of which was the aggression against the Jenin camp, calling for an immediate halt to the attacks of Israeli settlers in a number of Palestinian villages in the occupied West Bank, which It led to many casualties and injuries among Palestinian civilians.

In a statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Libya affirmed its complete rejection of the criminal acts targeting Palestinian civilians, and calls on the international community to act immediately and assume its responsibilities towards these acts that violate relevant international laws and norms, which are carried out against defenseless citizens and undermine any chances of building a just and comprehensive peace in the region. .
