Tripoli, June 18, 2023 (Lana) Joint Military Committee 5+5 discussed yesterday with the Ceasefire Monitoring Component of UNSMIL procedures concerning the removal of mercenaries, foreign forces, and fighters from the country.

The UNSMIL stated on its Facebook page that during the meeting, which continued for two days in Tunis, the two sides discussed the implementation of the Libyan-led and Libyan-owned ceasefire monitoring mechanisms.
