The Chief of the General Staff meets a military delegation from the US Department of Defense

Tripoli, May 2, 2023 (LANA) - The Chief of the General Staff of the Libyan Army met, today, Tuesday, with a delegation from the US Department of Defense, represented by the US Defense Attaché to Libya, Colonel "Mark Amblum".
The media office of the General Staff said that the meeting, which was held at the presidential headquarters at the Tripoli Naval Base, discussed relations between the two Libyan-American armies and ways to develop them.
The office added that the Chief of the General Staff praised the depth of relations between the two countries, and the role played by the US military command in Africa, AFRICOM.
