Dabaiba: The communications and informatics sector suffered from the repercussions of the division.

In his speech during the signing ceremony of the National Strategy for the Communications and Informatics Sector, Al-Dabaiba said that this strategy, which is a summary of the great efforts of effective national elements, comes in response to a circumstance that requires catching up with progress according to a practical and scientific plan based on relying on Libyan competencies first and foremost.
Al-Dabaiba appreciated the efforts of distinguished youth who presented pioneering technical initiatives that faced the challenges of lack of cash liquidity, and created practical and multi-use applications that keep pace with technical development and provide technical solutions to problems facing Internet users, stressing his full support for establishing a strong relationship between the public and private sectors, and creating the necessary conditions. To invest, support innovations, enhance research and development capabilities, and simplify administrative procedures.
The head of the government of national unity drew attention to the repercussions of the division of the telecommunications sector, the damage to infrastructure, and the disruption of development projects for years, praising in this context the efforts of sector officials to restore and maintain the provision of services to all sectors, especially banking.
