The High Electoral Commission is following developments in updating the call and assistance center system.

Tripoli, April 10, 2023 (LANA) - Member of the High National Elections Commission Council, Abdul Hakim Al-Shaab, met with the directors of departments and the head of the voter registration department in the commission to follow up on developments in updating the Call Center system.

The meeting, which was held today, Monday, in the framework of preparations for the electoral process planned for this year, discussed the available measures that the Commission intends to take to improve the services of the call center.

The meeting also reviewed the plan for training the engineers supervising the call center, to ensure the quality of communications and to receive and respond to citizens' questions as soon as the voter register is opened.
