Cairo, February 21, 2023 (LANA) - It was announced in the Egyptian capital today that the ninth conference of the "Arab Women's Organization" will be held on Monday and Tuesday, "27 and 28 February," to discuss (challenges facing women and girls in the Arab region).

The announcement indicated that the conference, which will be chaired by the State of Libya, “will review a number of major regional studies prepared by experts from Arab countries from a comparative perspective, in the areas of: laws of violence and harassment in the workplace, laws of elections and political parties, social security systems in the field of women’s health, and the empowerment of survivors.” Violence in wars, conflicts, occupation and terrorism.In each of the four main axes, it presents national reports dealing with the experiences of Arab countries in the issues under discussion.
