The High Council of State discusses the constitutional amendment.

Tripoli, February 19, 2023 (LANA) - The High Council of State held its "eighty-sixth" session today, Sunday, headed by "Khaled Al-Mashri" at the Council's headquarters in the capital, Tripoli.
The council's media office reported on its Facebook page that the session was devoted to discussing the constitutional amendment, in addition to the road map and how the legislative and executive institutions work until the elections are held.
The media office added that the session was suspended until it resumes tomorrow, Monday, to complete the discussion of the agenda items.
