Tripoli, February 17, 2023 (Land) - The United Nations and Russia agreed on the need for the international community to play a decisive role in helping the Libyan people achieve their goal of holding comprehensive parliamentary and presidential elections in 2023.

This came during a meeting between the UN envoy "Abdullah Batili" yesterday, Thursday, in Moscow, and the Russian Foreign Minister, during which they discussed the current situation in Libya and the challenges facing restoring the electoral process, according to a tweet that "Bateli" posted on his Twitter account.
