Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation receives the Director of Islamic Affairs.

Jeddah 7 February 2023 (Lana) The Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, Hussein Taha, affirmed the permanent position of the organization in support of Libya ,the unity of its people, and the integrity of its territories, and support all efforts to hold the elections.
This came during a meeting of the Secretary-General of the Organization at its headquarters in Jeddah, with Director of the Department of Islamic Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Saif Al-Bey.
According to the communication office of the organization, the Secretary-General stressed the organization's support for all initiatives and efforts that contribute to resolving the Libyan crisis politically, in order to ensure the return of security and stability in Libya, preserve its sovereignty and territorial integrity, and fulfill the aspirations of the Libyan people.
