Tripoli, January 18, 2023 (LANA) - The Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, "Al-Siddik Al-Kabeer", met today, Wednesday, the Algerian Ambassador to Libya, "Suleiman Chenine".

The media office of the bank stated that during the meeting, the two sides exchanged views on many issues and reviewed the Central Bank's efforts to raise disclosure and transparency rates.

The office added that the Algerian ambassador praised the effective role of the Central Bank of Libya at this stage, its independence and impartiality in a way that serves the public interest.
