GECOL Board discusses latest production developments and operating some stations.

Tripoli, 3 January, 2023 (Lana) - Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Electricity Company, Mohamed Al-Mashai, discussed in a broad meeting latest developments of power production and mechanisms for developing and operating some power stations in order to enhance production capacity.
During the meeting, they discussed the needs of the stations to meet the upcoming summer peak and ways of supplying spare parts needed by the company for some projects, especially transmission line projects.
Al-Mashai praised efforts of engineers and technicians during the winter peak, urging them to do more in the rest of the peak, alleviate the suffering of citizens, and complete the maintenance and repair plan launched by the company.
