OIC and the Ministry of Labor sign an agreement to facilitate training of job seekers.

Tripoli, 21 December, 2022 (and) - At the headquarters of the National Oil Corporation, an agreement was signed between the OIC and the Ministry of Labour and Rehabilitation, which provides for facilitating and joint coordination for training young job seekers.

The minutes of the agreement was signed by a member of the Corporation's Board of Directors, Hussein Saffar, and the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Labour and Rehabilitation for Employment Affairs, Ali Al-Maqouri, in the presence of the Director General for Human Resources Development at the OIC, Mohamed Abu Laj, and the head of the needs department at the Corporation, Noureddine Embarek, and the director of the Oil Recruitment office of the ministry, Mohammed Shaqlouf, and the director of Department of Labour Inspection and Occupational Safety Bakir Abu Shahiwa.

     The agreement includes setting up a work mechanism to facilitate OIC and its affiliated companies obtaining the required work approvals in accordance with the procedures of the Ministry of Labour.
