Tripoli, 9 November 2022 (Lana) U.S. envoy to Libya Richard Norland expressed U.S. support for efforts to secure the departure of mercenaries and foreign fighters as well as all foreign forces from Libya.
Norland said in a tweet, following a meeting on Wednesday with the Libyan Army's Chief of General Staff General Mohamed Al-Haddad "I warned against consolidating their foothold in Libya."
