Tripoli, November 08, 2022 (LANA) - The President of the High Council of State, Khaled Al-Mishri, discussed today, Tuesday, with the German ambassador to Libya, Michael Unmacht, the council’s efforts to achieve stability through the implementation of the constitutional base and electoral laws.

During the meeting, which was held between them at the council’s headquarters in the capital, Tripoli, the two sides discussed the file of changing sovereign positions, and the mechanism for selecting an executive authority capable of holding elections as soon as possible, according to what was published by the State Council’s media office on its official Facebook page.
