Tripoli, October 18, 2022 (LANA) - The US Ambassador to Libya, Richard Norland, held consultations in Ankara on Tuesday with the Director-General of the Middle East and North Africa Department of the Turkish Foreign Ministry on Libya, describing them as useful.

  Norland said, in a tweet published by the US Embassy in Libya via its Twitter account, that useful consultations were held with the Director-General of the Middle East and North Africa Department of the Turkish Foreign Ministry, Dizdar, in Ankara regarding efforts to set an acceptable date for the elections as soon as possible.
