Head of EU to Libya congratulates Bathily on his new position.

Washington, 5 September 2022 (Lana) The Head of the EU Mission to Libya, Jose Sabadell, welcomed the appointment of Abdullah Bathily as the Special Representative of Secretary-General and UN Envoy to Libya.
Ambassador Jose said in a tweet ,"we are looking for forward to working with the envoy at this crucial time, in order to achieve peace ,unity ,and prosperity for Libya.
