Pashagha and the French envoy to Libya agree on need for stability in Libya in order to organize safe presidential and parliamentary elections across the country.

Tripoli, 28 July 2022 (Lana) The Head of the government assigned by the House of Representatives, Fathi Pashagha discussed with France's special envoy to Libya Paul Soler on Wednesday the need for unity and stability in Libya to organize safe presidential and parliamentary elections across the country.

  The French Embassy in Libya explained in a post on its Twitter page that special envoy Soler agreed with Pashagha on the need for unity and stability in order to organize the elections in accordance with the wishes of the Libyan people.

The Embassy did not state the nature of the contact between Soler and Pashagha, whether through a telephone call or through a meeting, while no statement was issued by the Pashagha Communication Office on the matter.
