Minister Al-Manqush confirms to Norland interest in developing bilateral cooperation.

 Tripoli, 28 July, 2022 (Lana) - Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Najla Al-Mangoush, affirmed during her meeting, Thursday, with the US Ambassador to Libya, "Richard Norland," the two sides' interest in developing prospects for cooperation between the two countries.

 Minister Al-Manqoush directed the necessity to work on facilitating the granting of US visas to Libyan citizens wishing to enter the country, especially the visas of Libyan students, according to the official page of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

For his part, the US ambassador stressed to the minister the importance of the Libyan-American relations and the strengthening of partnership and strategic cooperation between the two countries to serve common interests, expressing his country's support for peace efforts, maintaining stability and security in the country, and working to hold parliamentary and presidential elections as soon as possible.
