Libyan-British talks to address obstacles facing Libyan investors in Britain.
Pulbished on:Tripoli, 28 July, 2022 (Lana) - Chairman of Management Committee of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture Tripoli, Faraj Dribel, discussed with the British Ambassador to Libya, Caroline Horndal the obstacles facing Libyan businessmen and investors in Britain and ways to address them.
The meeting, which was held at the British Embassy in Tripoli, discussed aspects of cooperation between the private sector and the strengthening of communication between commercial and investment institutions representing the sector in both countries.
The two sides stressed the importance of organizing joint economic activities aimed at developing trade relations, exchanging experiences and implementing joint investment projects.
The meeting was attended by the director of the Chamber's Department of International Relations and Cooperation, the Director of the Middle East Department at the British Foreign Office, the advisor to the commercial section of the embassy, and a number of businessmen and investors from the UK.
