Tripoli, July 25, 2022 (LANA) - The Supreme Commander of the Libyan Army met this afternoon, Monday, the Chief of the General Staff, Lieutenant-General Muhammad Al-Haddad, to discuss the latest developments in the military and security situation in the country.

The Chief of the General Staff gave a full briefing to the Supreme Commander about the measures he took after the decision to assign him to follow up and supervise the ceasefire in the city of Tripoli, following the events that took place in the capital at dawn last Friday, with an emphasis on not endangering the lives of civilians, and public and private property.
