Tripoli, 20 July 2022 (Lana) The Acting Head of the General Authority for Communications and Informatics Abdel Basit Al-Ba'our held a meeting Wednesday at the Authority's headquarters in Tripoli, with the team charged with preparing the national strategic plan for the telecommunications and informatics sector, in the presence of the Head of the National Authority for Information Security Safety.

The meeting focused on many topics related to the final preparations for the launch of the national strategy for the telecommunications and informatics sector, and digital transformation in Libya.

 The Chairman of the Authority made his remarks on what was offered, to be adopted at the launch of this strategy, stressing the importance of this meeting to support general coordination and the introduction of recommendations to determine the strategic vision of the sector to implement this plan.
